Company Profile

Our company was started in 1990, to address the need for a professional non-biased inspection services company in the South Florida area. Since then, we have performed thousands of inspections for satisfied clients.
We are totally committed to providing high-quality inspection services and as such we are not, nor affiliated with, contractors, roofers, exterminators or brokers. We feel that such affiliations are not in the best interest of our clients, who rely on our unbiased reports.
Apple Inspects is managed by a former Chief Building Inspector, with over 25 years experience.
Our Inspection reports are custom-designed by us for South Florida. We do not use inspection report templates designed for other parts of the country.

Our Reputation

Our reputation was not purchased with big marketing dollars, we've earned it the old fashioned way; one satisfied customer at a time.
Most of our clients come to us from personal recommendations and professional referrals. Many of our customers are home sellers who become impressed with our service when we inspect their homes and hire us on the spot.
Apple's regular clients include top Attorneys, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers and other Real Estate Professionals, who call on us when they are purchasing property.
